 CANARY ISLANDS DAY-30 MAY

We would like to share with you our traditions!!!

We are a community with a peculiar identity, our music, traditional clothes, specific words and costumes make a difference. Do you want to see how we celebrated our day? Well, we celebrated it on Thursday 27th May, our high school participated creating different workshops. 
3 ESO courses introduced some words used here that have English, Portuguese and French origin. They recognised the different origins and wrote some phrases using the specific words.

Other courses decorated the school hall with traditional costume and garment,

CIP Tafalla - Happy Parents' Day (1st June)

 

The day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 2012. Happy global Parents Day 2021 WhatsApp wishes, status, messages, quotes, greetings and more: Global Parents Day 2021 is observed on June 1 (today) every year to mark the importance of parents in our life. 

Parents are the ultimate role models for children. Every word, movement and action has an effect. No other person or outside force has a greater influence on a child than the parent.
